Welcome to the Doghouse, the official website of the My Dog Joe Coffeehouse.

The Coffeehouse is locally and independently owned by Alice, Bruce, Roger and Sandra.

We sell only fair trade, organic, shade grown coffee. Our food is produced locally or on the premises, and is made with as many local, natural and organic products as we can get our hands on.

Our mission is to provide excellent coffee, baked goods and food that is drug & hormone free, and that supports fair trade and the local community (read more about our beginnings and our mission in the ABOUT section).

The house specialty is our Savoury Muffins - muffins with Broccoli & Local Cheddar, or with Sun dried Tomato, Corn & Cheddar.

Come on in and relax on our couch, or in our comfortable chairs and enjoy the eclectic assortment of used furnishings that make up our meeting place. We showcase local artists on the walls, with a new artist showing every couple of months. We also offer the space as a meeting venue for local organizations - come in and ask us about hosting your meetings here. And yes, we have free WiFi.

Oh, and Joe? He's our dog - a ten-year-old German Shepherd, who lives on our farm outside of Dundas. We have a small picture of him in the store.
